1 Q: Do you supply free sample before i take an order ?

A: We do not supply free sample..

2 Q:How long you need before ship ?

A: We estimate need 4-5 business days for natural color, dyed color dying time estimate 8-10 business days.

So,if you take dyed color just free to contact me ...

3 Q: How many days for shipping ?

Fast Shipping like UPS ,Fedex estimate will take 6-8 business days, it's an estimate date not a guarantee, sometimes will have some delay.

Note: Please note that working days do not including weekends,and the shipping time is an approximate time, we do not accept dispute on shipping time problem

4 Q: Do you accept return or refund ?

A: Before ship the skin we will double check the quality to make sure it's in a good condition, so we do not accept return or refund.

5 Q: Does the final item color are exactly the same with the pictures ?

A: We never guarantee the final color will be exactly the same with pictures, even the same item,color will looks different if we take pictures from different place or diffent angle, and also will looks different when we see it on different mobiles or computers. And due to the dying work is made by manual work so the color is inevitable have color difference, So we do not accept dispute on colors, but please do’t worry we will try our best to make the color near to the colors you selected.

By the way, Sometimes you will see there's have some very tiny holes on the back skin side, it's not quality problem, these small holes caused during extension process, and sometimes you will see edge area is cracked , it's also not quality problem due to the skin shape is irregular shape.
