3.1 P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address during checkout.

ShopLuxHome is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with the provided tracking information. We will assist you as much as possible in resolving the issue.

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, carrier issues) may cause delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
