Return and Refund Policy

At ShopLuxHome.com, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for information on how to return products and request refunds.


1. Returns


1.1 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.


1.2 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

- Custom or personalized items

- Gift cards

- Clearance or final sale items

- Items marked as non-returnable in the product description


1.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at hello@shopluxhome.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.


1.4 Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provide the shipping label.


2. Refunds


2.1 Refund Eligibility

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


2.2 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Returns initiated after 3 days of delivery


2.3 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.

2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@shopluxhome.com.


3. Exchanges


3.1 Exchange Process

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team at hello@shopluxhome.com for assistance.


4. Gifts


4.1 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be responsible for managing the return.
