Return Policy

Effective Date: December 2025

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the return, exchange, and refund procedures applicable to all purchases made through ShopLuxHome.com (“ShopLuxHome,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing products from ShopLuxHome, the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. ShopLuxHome accepts returns of eligible merchandise within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the Customer receives the item.

1.2. To qualify for a return, all merchandise must be:

(a) in new, unused, and undamaged condition;

(b) free of alterations, odors, stains, or signs of wear;

(c) returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, components, manuals, inserts, and tags; and

(d) accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation.

1.3. ShopLuxHome reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that fails to meet the above requirements.

2. Non-Returnable Merchandise

The following categories of merchandise are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

2.1. Custom or made-to-order furniture, lighting, and décor;

2.2. Opened or used bedding, pillows, linens, or personal-use items, due to hygiene standards;

2.3. Clearance, promotional, or otherwise marked “Final Sale” items;

2.4. Digital products, downloadable content, and gift cards.

3. Exchanges

3.1. Exchanges are permitted only for eligible items and are subject to product availability at the time the request is processed.

3.2. If the desired item is unavailable, the Customer may elect to receive a refund in accordance with Section 6 or store credit at ShopLuxHome’s discretion.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

4.1. The Customer is responsible for inspecting all merchandise upon delivery.

4.2. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted to ShopLuxHome within five (5) business days of delivery.

4.3. The Customer must provide photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or error, along with the order number.

4.4. Upon verification, ShopLuxHome will, at its discretion, issue a replacement, store credit, or refund, and will cover return shipping costs in such cases.

5. Return Shipping Costs

5.1. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees for discretionary returns.

5.2. ShopLuxHome does not provide prepaid return labels except in cases of verified damage, defect, or mis-shipment.

5.3. Original shipping fees, route protection, and handling charges are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

6.1. Refunds will be issued only after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved by ShopLuxHome’s Returns Department.

6.2. Approved refunds will be credited to the Customer’s original method of payment within five (5) to ten (10) business days.

6.3. ShopLuxHome reserves the right to deduct restocking fees where applicable and as permitted by law.

6.4. Refunds will not be issued for items deemed ineligible under Sections 1 or 2.

7. Order Cancellations

7.1. Orders may be canceled within two (2) hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered fulfillment or shipment processing.

7.2. Once processing has begun, ShopLuxHome cannot guarantee cancellation.

7.3. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has commenced.

8. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, the Customer must contact ShopLuxHome Customer Care at:

The Customer must include:

• Full name;
• Order number;
• Item(s) being returned;
• Reason for return;
• Photographs if applicable.

ShopLuxHome will provide further instructions, including return authorization and shipment guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. ShopLuxHome is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of returned merchandise during transit.

9.2. The Customer is encouraged to use insured, trackable shipping methods.

9.3. ShopLuxHome’s liability for any claim relating to returns or refunds shall not exceed the purchase price of the merchandise at issue.

10. Amendments

ShopLuxHome reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. All changes become effective upon posting to ShopLuxHome.com.
